The Geelix Foundation was incorporated in California in 2008 as a
Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation.
Geelix Campus is our plan for a new School of Serious Games.
Doctor Candidate, Ole-Ivar Holthe, President and Founder
Mr. Holthe was born in Norway in 1973. He grew up in Norway, on his parents ranch in Agdenes.
He finished his bachelor degree in Microprocessor Electronics Engineering in 1994.
He served for one year in the Norwegian Air Force in 1994-1995. Silver star sharp shooter and team leader team 3 first charlie.
He started his own software company Gridmedia Technologies AS in Norway in 1996.
He finished his Master's Degree in Computer Science at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 1999.
He started his PhD Degree om Multimedia Presentation for IP networks in Computer Science at NTNU in 2003.
He has so far received 5 grants from the Royal Norwegian Research Council and 4 grants from Innovation Norway.
He has so far received 1 patent, 2 trademarks, and have multiple pending patent and trademark applications.
He har supervised 10 Master's Degree projects at NTNU and 1 Master's Degree project at UC Berkeley.
